Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Heer Enviro Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a creative and experienced Social Media & Graphic Designer to join the Rajasthan project team. The core mission is to create engaging visual content, impactful graphics, and manage social media campaigns for Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Solid Waste Management (SWM), and IEC environmental awareness initiatives aimed at inspiring cleaner and greener communities across Rajasthan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design creative posters, banners, and social media content for IEC campaigns. - Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) for project activities. - Create engaging reels and short videos for awareness campaigns. - Capture high-quality photos and videos during field activities and events. - Write compelling captions, slogans, and campaign messages in both Hindi and English. - Edit photos and videos applying strong video editing skills tailored for reels and short videos. - Maintain a structured content calendar and prepare regular engagement reports. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and social media management. - Hands-on proficiency with design software: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative tools. - Strong video editing skills specifically focused on reels and short-form videos. - Proven on-field photography and videography skills during events and ground activities. - Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi and English. - Prior experience in SBM, SWM, or government/public sector projects is preferred. - A portfolio showcasing previous design and video work is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Rajasthan, India (Onsite field and project-based work). - Employment Type: Full-time (Project-based). - Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: No bar for the right candidate. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV and work portfolio directly to the hiring team.
