Role & Company / Project Overview: The Neighbourhood in Raipur invites applications for the position of Commis – South Indian to support the South Indian culinary team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and mise-en-place for multiple varieties of South Indian dishes. • Execute basic and routine cooking tasks under supervision following standard recipes. • Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations and adhere to food safety standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience in assisting or preparing South Indian cuisine varieties. • Good understanding of authentic South Indian dishes and basic culinary techniques. • Relevant experience in a reputed restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred.
