• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for a UK Financial Collections Specialist to join the team before Christmas, operating on a midshift UK schedule with an entirely virtual hiring process. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle collections calls and customer interactions under a dedicated Collections line of business. - Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding financial obligations adhering to financial regulatory guidelines. - Maintain high standards of telephony support and documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum education: High School / Senior High School (HS/SHS) Graduate. - Minimum of 1 year of collections experience. - For US/AU support experience: Collections experience in the banking or financial services industry is required. - For UK support experience: Collections experience from any industry is acceptable, provided it is strictly under a Collections LOB (not CSR handling collections calls). - Strong English communication skills. - Availability to start ASAP. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. - Schedule: Midshift / UK Schedule. - Hiring Process: 100% Virtual Process. • Compensation & Benefits - Up to 30% salary increase from your last-drawn salary. - PHP 2,400 monthly allowance. - PHP 40,000 joining bonus. - HMO coverage starting on Day 1. - Excellent career growth opportunities. • Application Instructions Send your updated resume via email with the subject line 'CSR QC' or send a message directly to apply.
