Role & Company / Project Overview: Candidzone is seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor to join the team on project sites in Qatar across industrial, construction, or oil and gas operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise all rigging and lifting operations at the project site. • Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in strict accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures. • Inspect lifting equipment, rigging gear, and accessories thoroughly prior to use. • Coordinate actively with crane operators, riggers, and site teams. • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and permit-to-work procedures. • Identify lifting hazards proactively and implement appropriate control measures. • Monitor lifting operations continuously and ensure complete compliance with project safety standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven relevant experience in rigging and lifting supervision. • Must possess a valid Rigging Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor certification. • Strong knowledge of lifting plans, risk assessments, and lifting equipment standards. • Experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial projects is preferred. • Previous working experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage. • Immediate availability to join is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project site-based role located in Qatar.
