We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Growth Representative to join our team in the Beverage/FMCG sector. This full-time role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within a designated territory, developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility, and conducting regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will monitor competitor activities, manage order collection and payment follow-ups, and execute promotional activities per company guidelines. Mandatory qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Beverage or FMCG sector, strong selling and negotiation skills, a valid driving license, and possession of a bike for field visits. Benefits include a competitive monthly net take-home salary of ₹18,000 – ₹21,000, PF & ESIC coverage, and a fixed travel allowance of ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month. This position requires 12th pass or graduate qualifications and a proven track record in retail sales, distributor management, and market development.
