• Role & Company / Project Overview: Infocusp Innovations is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Python and Fintech / Algorithmic Trading for our Pune location. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Engineer robust algorithmic trading pipelines, low-latency market gateways, and execution logic. - Design and implement resilient backend systems managing high volumes of financial transactions. - Optimize memory usage, processing latency, and execution reliability. - Work with engineering leadership to drive fintech software architecture standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of backend development experience. - Deep domain experience in Fintech, algorithmic trading, exchange connectivity, or quant systems. - Proven proficiency in Python, concurrent programming, and low-latency systems. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: 1101, 11th Floor, M-Ramanujan, Balewadi Phata, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra - 411045. - Walk-in Drive Date: Saturday, 24 October 2026, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits: - Industry-leading compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Attend in person with your Resume/CV and photo ID proof. - Register online via Google Form or email resume.
