Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a hands-on Application Architect with strong expertise in Java, JDK 17, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Application Architecture to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications in Pune. Employment type is off-role. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect and develop enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Develop and enhance high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. • Work with ReactJS to build reusable and high-performance UI components. • Lead technical solution design and provide architectural solutions for new projects and requirements. • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior team members. • Conduct Technical POCs (Proof of Concepts) and R&D to validate innovative solutions. • Provide SIT support, bug fixes, and L3 production support. • Guide engineering teams on code deployment across SIT, UAT, and Production environments. • Create detailed technical documentation, including Network and Physical Server Diagrams using Visio. • Ensure applications adhere to modern security standards, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Software Development & Application Architecture. • Strong hands-on experience in Java, JDK 17, Spring Boot, and ReactJS / React Native. • Successfully completed 5+ projects involving Java & Spring Boot. • Proven track record in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers. • Deep knowledge of Database Configuration, Complex Queries & Query Optimization. • Hands-on expertise with REST APIs & Backend Development, Code Benchmarking & Performance Optimization. • Proficient with JIRA, SVN/GIT, and SonarQube. • Comprehensive understanding of OWASP Top 10, Application Security, Network Components, Firewalls, and Security Certificates. • Strong grasp of Agile / Scrum methodologies. • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
