Role & Company / Project Overview: eClerx is hiring an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team working on global projects. The position is based in Pune with a preference for immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide techno-functional support and implementation expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules. • Handle HCM configuration, setup, and troubleshooting for Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Configure and maintain HCM Security profiles, roles, and permissions. • Build, configure, and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Perform data migration, data loading, and inbound/outbound feeds using HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts. • Develop complex Fast Formulas to meet business logic requirements. • Design, build, and optimize reporting solutions using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. • Deep functional and technical expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Strong hands-on proficiency with HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI. • Demonstrated experience with Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP web services, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). • Solid background in HCM data migration, configuration, troubleshooting, and security/roles.
