### Role & Company / Project Overview Copia Tech is looking for experienced Full Stack Java Developers with strong Java and React expertise to join their team in Pune. The position focuses on building robust backend systems, scalable applications, and seamless frontend user experiences for the BFSI and Banking sector. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Independently own application features from conception through deployment. • Design, develop, and maintain powerful, scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. • Create responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React.js. • Architect and implement microservices architectures and robust REST APIs. • Integrate external APIs and optimize database interactions across Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL. • Apply software design patterns, maintain code quality, and lead technical problem-solving. • Manage version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment workflows via Git and CI/CD pipelines. • Leverage modern engineering best practices, including utilizing AI tooling for coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 8 to 10 years of software development experience. • Domain Experience: Strong BFSI / Banking domain background is required. • Core Backend Skills: Java 8 / 11 / 17, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs & API Integration. • Frontend Skills: React.js. • Database Skills: Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL. • Architecture & Tools: Solid understanding of Design Patterns, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. • Good to Have: Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker & Kubernetes. • Added Advantage: Active experience leveraging AI tools in coding, debugging, automated testing, and code reviews. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Notice Period: Immediate joiners only ### Application Instructions Interested candidates meeting the criteria should forward their updated resume directly to the recruitment email provided.
