Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced DataStage Developer to join our growing team and contribute to enterprise data integration and transformation initiatives in Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, develop, and support ETL solutions using IBM DataStage • Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in project scoping, estimation, and planning activities • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex ETL workflows and data pipelines • Perform data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting activities • Create and maintain Unix shell scripts to support ETL processes • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting • Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to deliver scalable data solutions • Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across enterprise applications • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ Years of relevant experience • Strong expertise in IBM DataStage, Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D), and ETL development • Hands-on proficiency in Unix scripting and SQL development • Solid background in data engineering, data integration, data validation, and performance optimization Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated resumes and suitable profiles via the designated contact email.
