• Role & Company / Project Overview: Change Leaders is urgently hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant for Hinduja Tech Client based in Pune. The role focuses on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Middle East payroll systems. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead solution design, implementation, and testing. - Manage payroll processing, compliance, and finance reconciliation. - Provide ongoing global payroll support. - Handle ECP configuration, Employee Central integration, and payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 to 14 years overall experience. - Must-have skills: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (8+ Years), Saudi Arabia Payroll, Kuwait Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA Payroll. - Hands-on expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ECP configuration, Employee Central integration, and payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA. - Nice-to-have skills: Payroll Control Center, Performance & Goals, Compensation & LMS, Time Management, and Global Payroll. - Notice Period: Up to 30 days only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to 40 Lacs per annum. • Application Instructions: - Submit updated resume for immediate interview scheduling.
