• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a hands-on Technical Lead – Full Stack & Advanced Technologies in Pune. The role involves contributing to coding while taking overall ownership of architecture, technical decisions, code quality, scalability, performance, and team mentoring across modern enterprise stacks. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive technical design, development, architecture, and technical mentoring. - Actively contribute to hands-on coding while guiding technical decisions and architectural best practices. - Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and establish engineering standards. - Oversee application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization. - Manage and streamline CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate across Agile / Scrum environments throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of relevant full-stack development and technical leadership experience. - Must-Have Skills: C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript. - Deep understanding of REST APIs, Microservices & Distributed Systems. - Expertise in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, Pipelines, Boards & CI/CD. - Solid experience with SQL Server / NoSQL databases. - Hands-on knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes. - Proven background in application architecture, debugging, and performance optimization. - Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Good to Have: AI/ML, GenAI & Data Science; IoT & Digital Twins; AR/VR, 3D Visualization & Metaverse; Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js or Babylon.js; Azure IoT Hub / Azure Digital Twins / AKS; MLOps, Data Pipelines & Model Deployment; SaaS / Product / Platform-based experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Employment Type: Full-Time. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates matching the requirements can share their updated CV via email along with details including Current Location, Notice Period, Total Experience, and Relevant Experience in .NET Core + React.js.
