Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: BizTranSys is hiring an experienced Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant for a critical SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation project catering to a major US Banking Corporation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) modules. - Manage real estate contract management, lease accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842), property valuations, and financial integrations in S/4HANA. - Interface with enterprise stakeholders and banking corporate partners to establish robust real estate finance operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10–15 years of industry experience with specialized expertise in SAP RE-FX. - Proven track record of end-to-end Greenfield implementation lifecycles. - Deep integration knowledge with SAP FI-CO modules. - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Model: Onsite at Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Contract Duration: Initial tenure until 31st March 2027. • Application Instructions: - Qualified consultants can send their updated resume via email.
