### Role & Company / Project Overview Patch Infotech is hiring a Support Engineer – VisionPLUS Credit Cards Application to provide application support, development, and batch support activities within the Banking and Credit Cards domain. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage and execute batch support and application maintenance for VisionPLUS credit card applications. • Handle production support, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and development activities in a mainframe banking environment. • Monitor, analyze, and resolve batch scheduling issues and technical incidents across systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 3–8 Years, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. • Domain: Banking / Credit Cards. • Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS batch flow and VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, and TRAMS. • Hands-on expertise in JCL, SORT, COBOL Development, REXX, and EZtrieve. • Robust knowledge of COBOL and CICS. • Experience utilizing CA-Endevor, ChangeMan, and TWS batch scheduling. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Good to Have: Experience with API support, RESTful API error analysis, and log analysis. • Good to Have: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics. • Good to Have: Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Git Bash. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Hours & Shifts: Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. • Flexibility to work on weekends, festival holidays, and outside standard business hours as needed for production support. ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Eligible candidates should forward their updated resume to the recruitment team.
