• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced IT Client Relationship Manager / IT Account Manager on a full-time basis to manage key accounts, nurture client partnerships, uncover new business opportunities, and support IT staffing and technology service delivery in Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing IT clients. - Understand client requirements and coordinate closely with recruitment and delivery teams. - Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling. - Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and business reviews. - Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Support business development efforts and achieve account-related revenue/growth targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of experience in IT Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or IT Staffing. - Proven track record of managing IT clients and key accounts. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Sound understanding of IT staffing and technology services delivery models. - Hands-on experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. - Prior experience in IT services, IT consulting, or US/India staffing is advantageous. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Employment Type: Full-Time. - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes at the contact email address provided.
