• Role & Company / Project Overview: Qualitek Labs Limited, an organization approaching a 1000+ Crore Market Capitalisation, is urgently hiring skilled Testing Engineers to support automotive quality, metrology, and testing projects at our client location in Sanaswadi, Pune. Team size consists of 9 Engineers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Execute dimensional inspection & testing activities. - Perform 2D & 3D drawing interpretation. - Apply DVP testing knowledge to validate automotive components. - Utilize measurement instruments including Vernier, Micrometer, and Height Gauge. - Carry out plastic component measurement and metal component measurement. - Conduct quality inspections, testing, and validation activities. - Prepare quality reporting and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Handle automotive manufacturing exposure and adhere to OEM/Tier-1 supplier quality systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 1 to 3 Years in automotive quality assurance/testing. - Proficient in dimensional inspection, testing, metrology tools, and drawing interpretation. - Industry preference: Automotive, Auto Components, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Client location in Sanaswadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. - Project Assignment: 12 months long-term project. - Commute: Daily travel/commuting expenses to be managed by the employee. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month. - Subsidized food facility available at plant premises. - Opportunity to work with leading automotive customers with career growth and hands-on exposure to OEM/Tier-1 quality systems. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated CV with the subject line 'Testing Engineer - Sanaswadi'.
