### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep domain expertise in Cards & Payments, Payment Flows, Remittance, API Integrations, and ISO 8583 to join the team in Pune. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own the overall product vision, feature requirements, and strategic roadmap. • Identify platform capability gaps and proactively drive product initiatives. • Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Define release goals, prioritize product features, and drive Agile execution. • Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and operational health. • Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, business, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Drive data-driven decisions, proactively manage delivery risks, and improve product outcomes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 12+ years of total experience, with 10+ years of relevant experience. • Availability: Immediate joiners only. • Strong experience in Technical Product Management. • Deep expertise in payment flows, remittance, and API integrations. • Strong Cards & Payments domain knowledge. • Hands-on experience as an ISO 8583 Business Systems Analyst. • Strong understanding of Visa and Mastercard systems and technical specifications. • Working knowledge of Java and AWS. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology implementations while working closely with software development teams. • Preferred: Experience delivering complex technical products in Agile environments, strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, and exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Full-time professional engagement. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resume along with current location, notice period, and contact details via email.
