Role & Company / Project Overview: Vergil Remnant is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Release Management expertise to drive Agile delivery and coordinate releases across cross-functional teams in Kharadi, Pune. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Manage sprint commitments, team velocity, impediments, and delivery dependencies. • Coordinate end-to-end release planning, scheduling, and deployment. • Maintain release calendars and coordinate development, QA, UAT, and production releases. • Manage release risks, change requests, rollback plans, and go/no-go approvals. • Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and release automation. • Track Agile metrics and provide stakeholder updates. • Ensure production release governance and change management compliance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience. • Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC. • Demonstrated hands-on Scrum Master experience along with release management and deployment coordination. • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. • Solid understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools. • Strong stakeholder, risk, and dependency management capabilities. • ITIL, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification is an advantage. • Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams and coordinating enterprise production releases is preferred, particularly in BFSI or regulated environments.
