Role & Company / Project Overview: An Oil & Gas process equipment manufacturing company is hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing and fabrication projects involving critical process equipment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead project planning, scheduling, and overall execution from inception to completion. • Manage project timelines, project costs, deliverables, and scope. • Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, production, and quality departments as well as external clients. • Oversee manufacturing/fabrication processes ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. • Successfully manage multiple projects and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant project management experience. • Hands-on project experience in process equipment manufacturing involving Boilers, Heat Exchangers (HEX), Deaerators, Pressure Vessels, and other process equipment. • Strong project planning and execution capabilities. • Robust understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes in the oil and gas sector. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
