### Role & Company / Project Overview Reliable Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. (RMPL) is hiring a Costing Engineer (Fresher / 0–1 Year experience) based in Bhosari, Pune. This position offers an entry-level opportunity for engineering graduates to start their career and learn product costing, estimation, and new product development (NPD). ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare cost estimates and quotations for new customer enquiries. • Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and cost sheets. • Calculate material, labour, manufacturing, and overhead costs. • Work on engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. • Maintain costing records and raw material price data. • Coordinate with NPD, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams. • Support customer meetings and supplier visits. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering (2025 / 2026 Pass-outs). • Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel. • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as moulding, machining, and press work. • Good numerical and analytical skills. • Willingness to learn and travel for customer/supplier visits. • Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred. • Freshers from Mechanical, Production, and Electrical Engineering backgrounds interested in manufacturing costing and estimation are encouraged to apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra, India (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹3 LPA (Negotiable, depending on interview outcome). ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their updated resume.
