### Role & Company / Project Overview Energy Consulting team is seeking a Senior APM / ACA Multi-Discipline SME for opportunities in Pune. This is an invitation to interview via a 100% virtual drive. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead cross-discipline reliability and asset condition reviews across major plant systems. • Challenge technical quality and drive stakeholder alignment and approvals. • Implement and oversee operating plant reliability methods, FMEA, RCM, and ACA methodologies. • Direct implementation and optimization efforts in GE APM (Meridium) and SAP PM systems. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 10–15 years of relevant engineering and reliability experience. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Control, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering. • Core Expertise: Deep technical expertise in a core engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Inspection/Static Equipment). • Industry Background: Extensive experience operating within Oil & Gas, Refining, or Petrochemical industries. • Systems & Methodologies: Extensive experience with plant reliability methods, GE APM (Meridium), and SAP PM systems. • Certifications: CMRP, RCM/FMEA, Functional Safety TUV/CFSE, API 510/570/653/580/581 certifications are highly advantageous. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (post-onboarding location to be finalized). • Drive Format: 100% Virtual Drive (online interviews). • Travel: 0–100% based on business needs. ### Compensation & Benefits • Compensation: Not specified. ### Application Instructions • Comment, send a direct message, or share your updated CV to apply and secure an interview slot.
