Role & Company / Project Overview: Trivyun is hiring an AU Project Engineer – Automotive for its Engineering division in Pune. This role is designated at the Professional / Team Leader career level, requiring strong domain expertise in automotive plastic component development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead technical execution of defined automotive engineering projects. • Drive product and process maturity seamlessly from development phase through to series production. • Coordinate and interface directly with customers, internal project teams, and international/global stakeholders. • Support product concept development and technical component optimization. • Manage comprehensive engineering documentation, parts lists, bills of materials, and formal change processes. • Support quotation, cost estimation, and cost-related engineering activities. • Ensure all products fulfill customer technical requirements, quality standards, and defined project milestones and timelines. • Support component development, matching, alignment, and validation activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 7 years of specialized experience in the Automotive Plastic Domain. • Hands-on expertise in Bumper System Development & Manufacturing. • Deep technical knowledge of Injection Moulding processes. • In-depth familiarity with OEM Product Development Processes. • Proven track record in Automotive Exterior Component development. • Thorough understanding of plastic component development, design, and manufacturing practices. • Strong project management, analytical, and structured problem-solving abilities. • Professional experience collaborating with international and global stakeholders. • Fluent and effective English communication skills (written and spoken).
