Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a TrackWise Digital Application Senior Support Analyst based in Pune. Work on global medical technology and quality management applications, gain exposure to Salesforce-based QMS and MuleSoft integrations, support critical complaint handling and post-market quality processes, and collaborate with global teams in a regulated enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide L2/L3 support for TrackWise Digital QMS in regulated life sciences or medical device environments. • Troubleshoot workflow failures, record issues, configuration defects, user access, and data-related issues. • Support global complaint handling, post-market support, and adverse event reporting processes. • Work on workflow configuration, master data imports, Team Access, Web Admin, and user administration. • Perform SQL queries, data validation, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution. • Coordinate with MuleSoft and integration teams to resolve interface failures. • Support change management, release activities, validation, and audit readiness. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8–12 Years. • Primary Skills: TrackWise Digital / TrackWise QMS, L2/L3 Application Support, Complaint Management & Adverse Event Reporting, Salesforce Platform Administration, MuleSoft Interface Support. • Good to Have Skills: Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, SOQL, and Data Loader. • Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validated-system support. • Experience with Crystal Reports, ServiceNow, and ITSM processes. • Strong stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills.
