Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Dalmia Bharat is hiring for an HR Support professional for their Greenfield Cement Grinding Unit located in Daund, Pune. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage the complete Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to separation. - Administer Performance Management Systems (PMS) and drive employee engagement activities. - Oversee Exit Management procedures. - Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and ensure strict labor/statutory compliance. - Utilize Oracle HCM for ongoing HR operations and reporting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4+ years of relevant HR experience. - Education: MBA in HR or related discipline from a recognized institute. - Technical & Functional Skills: Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM, Employee Life Cycle management, PMS, Employee Engagement, Exit Management, Industrial Relations (IR), and legal/statutory compliance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Greenfield Cement Grinding Unit, Daund, Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Please mail your CV directly to the specified email address.
