Role & Company / Project Overview: Humancloud Technologies is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns focused on IT Recruitment to kick-start their careers in talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on experience in technical hiring, candidate sourcing, evaluation, and end-to-end recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Source candidate profiles through major job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, Indeed, and other hiring platforms. • Screen profiles and evaluate candidate suitability against job descriptions. • Conduct initial HR screening calls with prospective candidates. • Coordinate interviews and consistently follow up with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline. • Maintain recruitment trackers and support offer rollouts and onboarding processes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience Level: Freshers to 1 year of experience. • Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles. • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. • Genuine interest in talent acquisition and technical IT recruitment. • High willingness to learn, take complete ownership, and grow alongside the team. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: A-1102, MontClaire, Baner - Pashan Link Rd, Pashan, Pune, Maharashtra 411021, India. • Work Mode: Face-to-Face / In-office. • Walk-in Drive Schedule: Saturday, 31st October 2026, between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM.
