Role & Company / Project Overview: Staff4U India has an opening for a Branch Credit Manager (Home Loans & Loan Against Property) based at Charholi, Pune. The position oversees credit appraisal and underwriting operations for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee end-to-end credit appraisal and underwriting processes across Salaried, SEP, and SENP/SEMP profiles. • Conduct detailed assessments of ITR filings, audited financial statements, banking tracks, and commercial viability for high-ticket / SEMP loan proposals. • Implement proactive risk mitigation, perform loan eligibility calculations, and supervise thorough verification across legal, technical, and KYC parameters. • Sanction credit proposals while maintaining strict adherence to defined TATs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Mandatory previous underwriting experience in retail Home Loans and LAP. • Advanced proficiency in balance sheet, cash-flow, and comprehensive financial statement analysis. • Solid understanding of local Pune property markets and credit underwriting standards.
