• Role & Company / Project Overview Swarved is hiring a BE (Electrical) Design Engineer specializing in Control Panel Design & Calculations to join the team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on driving engineering excellence, working on innovative engineering projects, and delivering a sustainable future. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and develop Control Panels as per customer specifications and applicable standards. - Perform electrical calculations including load, short circuit, voltage drop, and thermal calculations. - Prepare GA drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM), and layout drawings. - Ensure strict compliance with relevant engineering standards and industry norms. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: BE in Electrical Engineering. - Experience: 8 to 12 years of proven experience in Control Panel Design and Electrical Calculations. - Technical Tools: Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or SolidWorks Electrical. - Core Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical components, protection devices, and control systems; proficiency in load and short circuit calculations, wiring diagrams, and schematics. - Industry Background: Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Pharma, Power, Automation, or Manufacturing is preferred. - Professional Skills: Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package. - Challenging and innovative projects. - Collaborative work environment supporting employee well-being. - Opportunities for continuous growth and career acceleration. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV with the recruitment team.
