• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in Compliance Trade Surveillance and Investment Banking to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams - Perform requirements gathering, create functional documentation, and manage stakeholder relationships - Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to support trade surveillance and compliance needs - Work with cloud pipelines on Microsoft Azure for data ingestion, data cleansing, and data egress - Drive agile project delivery, taking on Scrum Master responsibilities where required - Collaborate smoothly with global, cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT and regulatory solutions • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within the financial services industry - Strong subject matter expertise in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Compliance Trade Surveillance - Deep functional understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives - Hands-on experience with trade surveillance platforms (such as SMARTS, Trading Hub, or NICE Actimize) - Strong SQL and analytical data skills - Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (data ingestion, cleansing, egress) - Proven Agile delivery experience (Scrum Master responsibilities preferred) - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and functional documentation skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Pune (Kharadi), Maharashtra - Work Mode: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the recruiter's email address.
