• Role & Company / Project Overview EPAM Systems is hiring Senior and Lead Data Engineer Champions to work on cutting-edge projects with global teams in a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and implement scalable big data solutions and architectures. - Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Spark and Python. - Work extensively with Azure cloud services and components (including ADF, ADB, ADLS). - Build and manage data workloads utilizing Databricks. - Implement ETL techniques and data frameworks. - Manage and query SQL databases for high-performance data processing. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience Range: 5.5 to 15 years of professional IT experience. - Mandatory skill set in Big Data and data-related technologies. - Strong, hands-on programming experience in Spark and Python. - Proven experience with Azure Cloud and its ecosystem services. - Strong experience working with Databricks. - Good understanding of SQL databases, ETL techniques, and frameworks. - Prior experience designing and implementing end-to-end Big Data solutions. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India - Work Mode: Hybrid role (Mandatory 3 days per week working from EPAM Systems office or Client office) - Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days maximum • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on current and expected CTC • Application Instructions - Apply by submitting an updated resume along with details including total IT experience, Big Data experience, Spark experience, Python experience, Azure experience, Databricks experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period / last working day, current location, and hybrid preference.
