Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Shipping, Freight, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain, alongside deep expertise in business analysis, enterprise integrations, and requirements management. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams and translate complex shipping and logistics requirements into effective, integration-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational gaps • Document enterprise integration flows, data mappings, interfaces, and source-to-target transformations • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and external partners • Support API and integration validation using Postman and SoapUI • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution reviews • Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, UAT, defect triage, and implementation • Drive process improvements across shipping and logistics operations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of Business Analysis experience - Shipping / Freight / Transportation / Logistics / Supply Chain domain experience - Requirements gathering and functional documentation - Business process modelling and workflow analysis - Enterprise integrations, APIs, data mapping, and interface analysis - SQL for data analysis and validation - Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Visio - Hands-on testing experience with Postman / SoapUI - Agile/Scrum methodology and stakeholder management expertise - Strong communication and analytical skills • Good to Have: - Freight forwarding and ocean/air freight operations knowledge - Understanding of shipment lifecycle, booking, tracking, and visibility - Experience with EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and logistics system integrations - Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) - Experience managing carrier, customer, and third-party integrations - Background in UAT coordination and application modernization projects Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation based on experience and industry standards Application Instructions: • Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume via email, direct message, or comment.
