Role & Company / Project Overview: CSI Global is hiring a Data Expert (Data Analyst & Data Modeller) for its team. This role requires an immediate joiner with extensive hands-on experience in data modeling and analytics. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, data mapping, and metadata analysis. • Perform conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling. • Handle database design, data reconciliation, and support data governance processes. • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy. • Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain clear project communications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis and data modelling. • Proven hands-on experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling. • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using GCP BigQuery. • In-depth expertise in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Data Mapping, and Metadata Analysis. • Solid understanding of Data Governance, Database Design, and Data Reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler and Visual Paradigm is preferred. • Domain experience in Financial Services / Banking is preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
