• Role & Company / Project Overview: LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Security & GRC for its Pune location. The role entails leading SAP Security engagements, identifying security risks, recommending robust risk mitigation strategies, managing project quality, and contributing actively to practice initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead SAP Security and GRC engagements and deliver technical consulting to enterprise clients. - Conduct SAP Security assessments, architecture design, and implementation across enterprise environments. - Implement and support SAP GRC 10.x / 12.x Access Control modules. - Oversee SAP S/4HANA & ECC Security design, authorization frameworks, and SAP Fiori Security. - Design and execute role design, user provisioning, and role maintenance protocols. - Manage Segregation of Duties (SoD), including identifying risks, remediating conflicts, and defining mitigations. - Design, implement, and test automated and manual security controls. - Drive project planning, maintain quality management standards, and manage key client relationships. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security. - Proven expertise in SAP GRC 10.x / 12.x Access Control. - In-depth proficiency in SAP S/4HANA & ECC Security, SAP Fiori Security, and Role Design & Implementation. - Solid experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Security & SoD Controls design, implementation, and testing. - Strong client management, presentation, and communication skills. - Project planning and quality management experience. - Good to Have: CISSP / CISM / CISA certification, Big 4 consulting experience, or exposure to SAP BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, or HR Security. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should email their updated CV along with total experience, relevant SAP Security/GRC experience, current location, preferred location, notice period, and contact details to the recruiter.
