Job description

An experienced Technical Business Analyst is required to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with business, security, and technology teams to deliver secure authentication and access management solutions. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements, defining logging and monitoring requirements, creating process maps, user stories, and supporting security dashboard development. Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in business analysis within technology-driven projects, along with strong knowledge of IAM, MFA, and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, or Azure Monitor. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and reporting tools like Power BI is required.
