Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced PMO / Program Management professional to manage and govern enterprise-level Cyber Security and Identity Management initiatives. As a seasoned PMO professional, you will drive governance, delivery excellence, and program execution across critical cybersecurity and IAM programs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive governance and delivery across multiple cybersecurity workstreams. • Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, budgets, and escalations. • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Lead steering committee meetings and governance reviews. • Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and executive reporting. • Oversee executive reporting, dashboards, budget tracking, and resource management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 10+ Years of relevant professional experience. • Strong experience in PMO / Program Management specifically for Cyber Security programs. • Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. • In-depth knowledge of PAM, SSO, MFA, PKI, and Certificate Lifecycle Management. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint. • Practical proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI. • Strong expertise in program governance, planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking. • Deep experience in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. • Proven experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
