Role & Company / Project Overview: Vextara is hiring an EO Content Writer on behalf of a client (Bajaj Finserv). The role focuses on creating high-quality, audience-focused, and engaging content across multiple business domains. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content • Create clear, engaging, and informative content tailored to different audiences • Convert business requirements into compelling content pieces • Conduct thorough research across assigned industries and topics • Ensure content accuracy, grammar, structure, and alignment with brand guidelines • Adapt writing style and tone according to target audiences • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on content requirements • Review and revise content based on feedback • Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and formatting across deliverables • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 6 years of relevant content-writing experience • Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Strong research and analytical capabilities • Ability to simplify complex information into audience-focused writing • Strong attention to detail • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Preferred domain experience in FinTech / BFSI, Automobile, Healthcare, or Electronics / Technology (experience across multiple domains is an added advantage) • Notice period: Maximum 30 days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: In-Office at Pune office (candidates from any location can apply provided they are willing to relocate) • Working Schedule: 5 Days + Alternate Saturdays • Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹12,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum (₹12–20 LPA) Application Instructions: • Share updated resume along with candidate details: Total Experience, Content Writing Experience, Domain Experience, Current Location, Relocation Preference to Pune, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, Portfolio/Writing Samples (if available), and Interview Availability
