• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring Senior DevOps Engineers (B2/B3 Grade) for an enterprise-scale DevOps environment across multiple locations. We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform DevOps Engineer with strong recent hands-on experience in GCP, Harness, Ansible, REST API integrations, and CI/CD automation, preferably with experience in enterprise-scale deployment frameworks and DevOps transformation initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using Harness and modern DevOps toolchains. - Automate build, deployment, testing, and rollback processes. - Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation frameworks. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern deployment strategies such as Blue-Green and Canary deployments. - Integrate DevOps platforms with cloud and enterprise tools using REST APIs. - Drive platform reliability, system monitoring, and operational excellence. - Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of total experience. - Mandatory Skills: GCP Cloud, Harness, Ansible, REST APIs, CI/CD Pipeline Automation, Linux, Shell Scripting (Bash/Python). - Must have strong recent hands-on experience with GCP + Harness + Ansible + REST API automation. - Good to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Jenkins, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Git, GitHub, GitLab. - Immediate or short notice candidates preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - CTC: Up to ₹30,00,000 to ₹32,00,000 Per Annum (including variable). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sharing an updated CV along with total experience, relevant DevOps experience, current location, notice period, current CTC, and expected CTC.
