The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing traditional South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, and a variety of Chutneys. The chef must demonstrate the ability to maintain consistent taste and quality across all dishes. Experience in commercial kitchen operations is preferred.
