Role & Company / Project Overview Mandali Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to support and deliver end-to-end Tax Transformation projects for Indian and global clients. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver and implement Oracle EBS R12 Tax Transformation projects. • Work on end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 implementation activities. • Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). • Implement e-invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients. • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications. • Perform system testing and support implementation activities. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consulting. • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation projects. • Good understanding of Oracle Financial modules: AR and AP. • Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions for Indian and global clients. • Familiarity with P2P and O2C cycles. • Ability to prepare functional documentation and perform system testing. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance / B.Com. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: On-Site. • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India. Compensation & Benefits • Budget: Up to 12 LPA (CTC).
