Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business goals • Design secure, scalable cloud-native AI/ML architectures from scratch • Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and LLM solutions in production • Guide data scientists, ML engineers, and software teams to ship production-grade AI • Translate complex business challenges and problems into AI use cases with measurable outcomes • Present AI strategy and recommendations directly to leadership and executives • Champion Responsible AI, including governance, ethics, compliance, and explainability Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 8+ Years of relevant experience • Experience designing AI systems from scratch and leading cross-functional technical teams • Technical Stack & Tools: - LLMs, RAG Systems & Generative AI - Cloud Platforms: Azure AI / GCP - MLOps: MLflow, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes - Programming & Foundations: Python, NLP, Deep Learning & Transformers - Infrastructure & Architecture: Data Pipelines, Vector Databases & Microservices Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India • Full-time employment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive enterprise compensation, Great Place to Work® certified culture Application Instructions Drop your resume to the recruitment contact.
