Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading Conglomerate Client is hiring an experienced Internal Auditor to join their finance and audit team based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in internal and process audits, particularly in manufacturing or large corporate environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct comprehensive internal audits and process audits across various business units • Execute O2C (Order to Cash) audits and P2P (Procure to Pay) audits • Perform detailed inventory audits and plant/manufacturing facility audits • Carry out risk and control assessments to identify operational and compliance vulnerabilities • Ensure process compliance, review internal control mechanisms, and recommend improvements • Prepare audit reporting and monitor corrective action tracking to resolution Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience • Proven expertise in internal audit, process audit, O2C audit, P2P audit, inventory audit, and plant/manufacturing audit • Strong capability in risk & control assessment, process compliance, internal controls, and corrective action tracking • Background in manufacturing or large corporate settings preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pune, Maharashtra • Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week • Onsite role Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to INR 20 LPA + Variable Pay Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their CV with the specified job title in the subject line.
