• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong Multithreading expertise and extensive experience building enterprise-scale applications for a position based in Princeton, NJ. This role requires an in-person, face-to-face interview process. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, architect, and optimize robust enterprise full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React. - Engineer backend services focusing on @Async task executors, WebFlux, and asynchronous processing. - Handle high-throughput message streaming with Kafka/RabbitMQ or ultra-low-latency event streaming solutions. - Design and integrate relational and NoSQL database schemas across multiple systems. - Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Mandatory skills: Java, Microservices, MS SQL Server, React, Spring Boot, Multithreading, GitHub Co-Pilot, Core Java Threading & locks, and MongoDB. - Core Java: Deep expertise in Java 17/21 memory models and synchronization primitives. - Spring Ecosystem: Advanced Spring Boot engineering, focusing on @Async task executors and WebFlux. - High Throughput: Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or ultra-low-latency event streaming. - Database Systems: Proficiency in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server. - DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines. - Environment: Working in an Agile/Scrum framework. - Domain Experience: Experience in Banking / Financial Services is mandatory. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Located in Princeton, New Jersey (Face-to-Face Interview required). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates or referrals should submit their updated resume and contact details to the recruitment team.
