Role & Company / Project Overview: Urgent hiring for a Safety Supervisor to lead workplace health, environment, and industrial safety compliance at a factory facility located in Kampong Sam (Preah Sihanouk) Province, Cambodia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and implement health and safety protocols across all factory production and warehouse areas. • Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to identify workplace hazards and enforce corrective measures. • Investigate workplace incidents, analyze root causes, and submit detailed safety reports. • Deliver workplace safety training and toolbox talks to staff and operational teams. • Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance with industrial and occupational health standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or Safety Officer within a factory or manufacturing environment. • In-depth knowledge of occupational health, industrial safety practices, hazard identification, and compliance frameworks. • Strong inspection, incident investigation, and reporting capabilities. • Clear communication and team supervision skills.
