Role & Company / Project Overview: Khoco Limited is seeking a dedicated and confident Training & Development Officer based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. We are looking for an effective communicator to train, guide, and support our team in consistently achieving company standards and fostering professional growth. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Train team members comprehensively on company standards, policies, and guidelines. • Monitor employee progress and job performance throughout their probationary period. • Provide ongoing support, guidance, practical coaching, and mentorship. • Identify internal training needs and deliver regular refresher sessions to bridge skill gaps. • Help the organizational team develop and succeed through practical, hands-on training. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in training or team development. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A confident communicator with a practical, supportive, and approachable coaching style.
