### Role & Company / Project Overview Snapcode Inc. is hiring a senior GCP IAM Lead / Manager at the Vice President (VP) level located in Plano, Texas. This leadership role drives enterprise identity architecture, secure-by-default IAM design, and large-scale onboarding initiatives across complex enterprise environments. Note: No H-1B visa sponsorship is available for this role. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Define scalable IAM reference architectures and reusable onboarding patterns across enterprise environments. - Establish Terraform standards and secure-by-design implementation practices. - Lead architecture reviews and govern deviations or exceptions from security and compliance standards. - Drive delivery and implementation across multiple technical onboarding initiatives and engineering teams. - Partner actively with Security and Compliance teams to meet enterprise control requirements. - Improve onboarding efficiency, operational readiness, metrics tracking, and audit outcomes. - Handle delivery planning, prioritization, dependency management, and multi-team stakeholder coordination. - Manage IAM operational governance, access recertification, runbooks, metrics, and incident response. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Level: Vice President (VP). - Deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) IAM within enterprise-scale environments. - Mastery in IAM reference architecture, RBAC, service account strategy, and privileged access management (PAM). - Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) governance and module standardization capabilities. - Proven track record in IAM policy design, secure resource bindings, drift detection, and control enforcement. - Technical leadership experience across multiple engineering teams and onboarding workstreams. - Demonstrated experience handling architecture reviews, exception approvals, and compliance governance. - Visa Requirement: No H-1B. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Plano, Texas, United States. - Work arrangement: Enterprise office-based / hybrid as per organizational policy. ### Compensation & Benefits - Executive / VP level compensation package commensurate with experience. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated resume, current location, and contact details to the recruitment team.
