We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer for a hybrid contract-to-hire role in Plano, TX, open only to independent visa holders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Fabric, Python, Generative AI, and Machine Learning to build and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining AI pipelines, working with LLMs and RAG architectures, implementing MLOps and CI/CD, and collaborating with stakeholders. Required: 7+ years of software/data engineering experience, 3+ years building production AI/ML solutions, and strong communication skills.
