### Role & Company / Project Overview IndSoft Inc. is hiring qualified Java Backend Developers to build and scale backend enterprise systems. We are looking for experienced development professionals ready to contribute to core services. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build, optimize, and maintain backend components and scalable APIs using modern Java frameworks. - Participate in architectural reviews, system design, and database schema modeling. - Ensure application stability, security, and performance across distributed environments. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to software engineering best practices. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of relevant Java backend engineering experience. - Extensive experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, microservices, and web services. - Must be currently located in the US with valid legal work status. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. - Work Model: Hybrid model requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week; 8-hour workdays. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive market salary corresponding to experience. ### Application Instructions - Send resume with subject line: Java Backend – Preferred Location.
