### Role & Company / Project Overview ORAH Consultancy Services is actively recruiting for a full-time Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT technical support operations in Phoenix, Arizona. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Deliver desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and maintenance for end-user workstations. • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues relating to laptops, desktops, operating systems, and peripherals. • Manage user account setups, software deployment, and basic network troubleshooting. • Deliver excellent end-user support while maintaining documentation and standard IT service management procedures. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in IT desktop support, technical troubleshooting, hardware configurations, and system support. • Strict Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens (USC), Green Card holders (GC), and Asylum EAD holders only. • Must state current visa/work authorization status upon applying. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States (Onsite). • Employment Type: Full-Time. ### Compensation & Benefits • Full-time competitive employment package offered by ORAH Consultancy Services. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should share their updated resume via email and mention their current work authorization status.
