Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Junior Secure File Transfer (SFT) Support Engineer / Junior Production Support / SRE Engineer based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position requires 5 to 6 years of experience to support and monitor enterprise file-transfer environments and production systems. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Monitor and support Secure File Transfer services. • Troubleshoot SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS file-transfer issues. • Assist with Seeburger BIS administration, message tracking, and error handling. • Support Linux (RHEL), Kubernetes/OpenShift, and monitoring tools. • Assist with PGP encryption, SSL certificates, SSH keys, and incident management. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. • Basic knowledge of SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, and Linux. • Exposure to Seeburger BIS or secure file-transfer platforms. • Basic troubleshooting and log analysis skills. • Familiarity with Splunk, Kibana, or Elasticsearch. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
