### Role & Company / Project Overview The Top Sport and Fitness (Chip Mong) is looking for a Senior Officer, Gym Operations for our 598 branch to deliver outstanding fitness operations and member service. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage daily gym operations at the 598 branch to ensure smooth and efficient facility flow. • Supervise gym floor maintenance, cleanliness, and gym equipment functionality. • Assist members with inquiries, resolve operational issues, and ensure member safety and satisfaction. • Coordinate with fitness instructors and operational staff for daily shift requirements. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant background in fitness center operations, gym administration, or hospitality. • Strong customer relations and conflict-resolution skills. • Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining operational standards. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Branch 598, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. • Work setup: Onsite. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary and company benefits. ### Application Instructions • Forward your resume to the recruitment contact details provided.
