• Role & Company / Project Overview A renowned Petroleum enterprise is currently seeking a high-caliber Lean & Innovation Manager (IT) to spearhead continuous improvement and technological innovation in Phnom Penh. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Identify process bottlenecks, develop lean methodologies, and deploy innovative IT solutions. - Drive digital transformation projects, automate manual workflows, and optimize operational efficiency. - Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of agile innovation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Significant experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or IT transformation programs. - Proven IT background with familiarity in business process re-engineering and agile project delivery. - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia. - Work arrangement: Full-time onsite management role. • Compensation & Benefits - Attractive compensation and leadership benefits. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV directly via email.
